Ananth Prasad

Ananth Prasad serves as Chief Executive Officer of SH 130 Concession Co., which operates and maintains the southern segments of SH 130 near Austin, Texas. The only American-owned toll road concession in the U.S., SH 130 Concession Co. is focused on safe, reliable transportation and long-term infrastructure stewardship.
With more than 35 years of experience in public and private-sector transportation leadership, Prasad joined SH 130 Concession Co. in 2025 after leading the Florida Transportation Builders' Association. He previously spent 22 years with the Florida Department of Transportation, including service as Secretary of FDOT from 2011 to 2015.
His private-sector experience includes HNTB, a national infrastructure solutions firm, where he served as National Transportation Practice Leader. Prasad holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and has been recognized among Florida's influential business and infrastructure leaders.
